Service at night time is amazing, girl who was working was great. However same couldn't be said for the morning crew. We stood 3 nights and on the morning we were checking out my wife went to front desk and asked for a bottle of water and was denied. Said they only provide them at check in. We've stood hundreds of nights at Hilton through the years and this was the first time we have ever been told no to simply asking for water. Room didn't come with a fridge, but they were able to bring one, once we requested it.

I'm surprised the rooms didn't have a microwave. Definitely not convenient when you're traveling. I know there's a microwave in the lobby but what fun is that LOL. However, we booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and their airport shuttle was fast, prompt and super convenient for us. Rooms were clean.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The AC in the rooms is awful. I stayed 3 nights here in 3 different rooms and all AC’s were the same. The thermostat prematurely shuts the AC off and takes forever to come back on. It doesn’t run long enough to cool the room down. I called maintenance up to replace the thermostat with a normal one and they didn’t have any and wouldn’t help rig it to work correctly and be cold in the room. The AC are over 20 years old and have no filters in them, so you can only imagine how caked up the coil and blower wheel, which was evident by hardly any airflow in all 3 rooms. They gave me a box fan to help draw the cold air out and that worked, but only problem was it didn’t run very long. I’m an HVAC Technical Trainer so I know all about AC systems. First night I woke up at 2 am sweating. 2nd and 3rd night were bearable after Jerry rigging it. Tub drain clogged up in the third room I was in. Only positive was the beds were softer and my back didn’t hurt when I woke up and they actually had mattress toppers i used.
